Q. I entered the password that you gave me to access the Members Site, it will not work. What should I do?
A. The username and password that gives you access to the P.N. Member Site are verified before they are sent to you.
Usually this is due to an error in typing in the password with the proper upper and lower case characters. Try copying and pasting the information instead of typing it in.
Occasionally a computer or your ISP will have a glitch and the username and password will not seem to be working. Wait an hour or so and try it again. If you are still unable to access the Member Site, then you should try to access it with your username and password from another computer i.e. friend or local library.
Once you are able to enter the Members Site, use the directions given below to set your computer to remember passwords. If you still have trouble accessing the Member site, e-mail us at Web Services.
Q. I received my Member Site access information. I can not tell if the "0" is a letter or a number.
A. Capital letter "O" is more rounded. The numeral zero "0" is more elongated. You may have to try both. You can always feel free to check with us if you have tried both characters and still can not access the site.
Q. The username and password that you sent me for the P.N. Member Site is to difficult to remember. How can I change them?
A. We can not choose or edit the username and password for the Member Site. It is chosen by our security system to keep track of who logs in and from where. This is to cut down on password sharing.

Q. Suddenly when I try to post on the bulletin board, I receive an error. Are you having trouble with your site?
A. This problem is on the end of the distributor and this leaves us with our hands tied when it comes to assisting with the solution. We do have a few tips that you can try.
If you are using anti-virus software, it may have set a firewall on your system. A firewall is different from anti-virus protection: Anti-virus software scans your incoming communications and files for troublesome files; a firewall helps make you invisible on the Internet and blocks all communications from unauthorized sources.
Some recently-released operating system software and some hardware devices come with a built-in firewall. It is usually shipped in the "off" mode. However, it may be in the "on" mode. Check your on-line "Help" feature for specifics. If your firewall is on, it will block you from posting on our bulletin board.
