Cranberry isn't the only kind of juice that can help fight urinary tract infections in women, according to a study from the University of Oulu in Finland. "After the birth of my first child, I started having PMS. Over the years, the symptoms became worse and worse until I was experiencing three weeks of PMS every month. I tried another wild yam creme, which was able to get rid of most of my symptoms. Then, I started on the FemPro creme and I could tell the difference right away. I will not go to bed or get up in the morning without it."
