Banish Back Pain with a Simple Stretch!

If you often wake up with lower back pain, try this stretch from Stanford University orthopedic surgeon Eugene Carragee before getting out of bed. It reduces pressure on disks and nerve endings, helping relieve and prevent many cases of mild backache.

Lying on your back use your arms to bring your knees up to your chest; hold for 30 seconds. Next, extend your legs, roll onto your stomach and prop yourself on your elbows for 30 seconds, keeping your pelvis on the bed and lifting your upper body slightly. "I saw an ad in a magazine two years ago that had an e-mail address (pro-networkers.com) I was looking at that time for an extra income opportunity. I was also searching for products to help my daughter and grandson with health issues.
