Here are the instructions so you can join us for the web conference:

You will need a headset or speakers with a microphone to participate. If you don't have a microphone, you can still listen to the presentation and ask questions through the conference's "Instant Messaging" feature. The instant messaging feature will allow you to type messages or questions for everyone or specific individuals to see during and after the presentation.

1. First, you will need to download the free web conference software from Hotconference.com. Here is a direct link to download the free software: http://www.hotconference.com/software/conference.php?id=68822724. Click on the link, and the download should start immediately. Choose the "Run" button to start the software download and installation from the Internet, or you can "Save" it to a location on your computer and install it from there. This software is safe, and contains no adware or spyware. There are no signup forms to fill out.

2. Once the program has been downloaded and has begun the installation process, a "Terms and Conditions" box will appear. Please put a check next to "I Accept the terms of the License Agreement" and press the "Install" button.

3. After you have installed the software, you will be immediately directed to the conference room. Following the initial installation, you will be required to click on the conference room icon, which was placed on your desktop, to join the conference. This icon will allow you to join the conference from this point forward. (Users of Microsoft Windows XP, may encounter a "Warning" box similar to the example below when double clicking the icon. If this happens, please press the "Run" button .)

4. Once the login box appears, you will be asked to enter your First & Last name (Maximum of 64 Characters). Please enter your name, and press the "OK" button.

5. Another box should appear, prompting you to enter the conference room password. Enter "riovida123" (without quotations) and press the "OK" button.

After completing these steps, you should be entered into the web conference automatically. Here is a screenshot that shows you what the conference room will look like. I have entered some notes on the conference room screenshot in order to explain a few aspects of the room.

If for any reason you experience difficulty entering the room, please email us the difficulties you experienced. (Please Note: Antivirus or Firewall settings may cause complications with the software connecting to the conference room. Please make sure to set your antivirus or firewall to allow the conference software access to the internet. This would include both inbound and outbound traffic for the program. In some rare cases, you may have to disable your firewall completely in order to connect to the room. This software will automatically update itself when connecting to a conference room. Below is an example picture of a warning you may receive if an antivirus or firewall program is blocking access to program.
